Our coordinated desk pads were designed to complement our desk accessories, and to provide an ergonomically comfortable, yet enduring writing surface. In addition, they offer a high degree of protection for the surface of your desk, conference table, or wherever you choose to use them. The desk pads included with our accessories collections throughout both the Smith Metal Arts and McDonald Products sections of this website however, are offered as suggestions only. You are encouraged to peruse the other desk pads offered in both this section and in the Smith Metal Arts Desk Pad section as well, before making your final selection.
Desk Pads are available in the standard sizes shown throughout our website.
In addition, we can fabricate them in custom sizes - please refer to the
Custom Products section of this website for additional information.
They are available in the following materials:
Linoleum - Typically the least costly material,
linoleum is an all natural product that provides a firm, yet comfortable
non-porous writing surface.
Vinyl- Very similar in appearance to leather, vinyl is wrapped around a steel substrate (core) to provide a comfortable, yet slightly softer writing surface.
Leather - The ultimate desk pad. Top grain leather wrapped around a linoleum substrate (core) provides a textured look and feel that is simply not attainable with other materials..
