Custom Product Capabilities:
We have the capability in-house to offer a great deal of flexibility in many areas. Please review the following, and be sure to call us at (800) 753-8548 if you ever find yourself in need of something other than a "standard product". Generally speaking, there are no minimum order quantity requirements for either standard or custom products. Please be aware however, that once entered, orders for custom products are non-cancelable, and custom products are non-returnable.
Desk & Conference Pads - Custom Sizes and Shapes:
We are well-known for our ability to fabricate custom Desk Pads, so if you have a need for a specific shape or size desk or conference pad, please be sure to let us know. Although it may not be offered as a standard product, there is a good chance that we've already made it or something similar to it before. Depending on the shape or configuration, we may ask you to furnish us with a template. We do this only to ensure that you receive exacty what is desired. Overall size may be limited by the specific material that is selected.
Custom Leathers:
If you desire accessories, desk pads, or wastebaskets manufactured in leather of a specific color or from a specific leather manufacturer, please let us know. We will work closely with you to either procure the requested leather or to ensure that we match the desired color as closely as possible.
Paint Color Matching:
Should you desire any of our wastebaskets, our McSort Paper-Flow Management system products, or our metal or plastic accessories to be provided in a color other than those that we offer as standard, don't hesitate to contact us. We have the ability to match most colors, however custom colors will involve an up-charge.
Embossing/Engraving of Logos:
Nothing personalizes a desk/conference pad or a coaster set quite like an embossed company logo. We can emboss almost any logo onto leather using blind embossing (no color), or onto leather or linoleum by way of bronze, silver, or gold embossing. If your logo involves a specific color or color scheme, please know that we also have the ability to custom match almost any color for the purpose of embossing, at a nominal up-charge. What we typically require is either clean, camera-ready art, a PDF, JPG, or TIFF file, or a scalable vector graphic file (such as an EPS file) of the desired logo. If you would like to have a logo engraved into one of our metal desk accessories, please call us to ensure that it can be done on the desired item.
Accessories Not Offered:
If you are looking for a specific accessory and can't find it, or are interested in knowing if one of our standard accessories can be modified or provided in a different configuration or size, please let us know. As we control the manufacturing process, we are often able to accomodate such requests.
Corporate and Executive Gifts:
Many of our items make wonderful corporate or executive gifts as well as gifts for those individuals with offices or dens at their residences. As many of our accessories can also be customized with embossed or engraved logos or monograms, they make ideal gifts for high-profile customers or clients. Our accessories have been purchased as gift items for doctors, lawyers, judges, federal, state and county executives, corporate executives, and the like. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Name Signs for Desks and Cubicle Partitions:
Desk name signs - Although we feature several desktop name signs throughout our various accessory collections, we have the ability to fabricate name signs in a variety of different shapes, sizes, and materials. Materials that we have fabricated name signs from in the recent past include mirror and satin stainless steel, aluminum, and brass, each of which is quite distinctive.
Cubicle Partition name signs - We can also manufacture name or department name signs that can either be hung flush with, or a specified distance from, the top of a partition wall, or that can be adhered to the partition wall itself, by means of either Velcro or double-sided tape. Materials that we have fabricated such signs from in the recent past include mirror stainless steel and gloss black.
